The Amish craftsman guarantee your furniture against worksmanship problems for one year. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse. After one year they will repair your furniture at a very reasonable rate. In cooperation with the craftsman, Amishtables.com covers all related shipping expenses for the first 30 days from the date of delivery. Thereafter the craftsman will repair your furniture free of charge, but shipping costs to the craftsman are the customers responsibility.

Our Amish craftsmen pride themselves in offering the best quality and workmanship in the furniture they build for you. After they complete your order the craftsman inspect the finished furniture before releasing it to be packaged. The packaging company carefully packages it and ships it to you. The fine print:
This is a family business, and we expect to be able to provide you with quality Amish furniture that you will truly treasure. However, our guarantee is limited to the refund of your purchase price if, for some reason, we cannot satisfactorily resolve a problem you have with your furniture. If you do decide to return your furniture within 30 days of delivery, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
