When my long-awaited furniture arrives, it was the wrong table and the wrong chairs. This was a shipping error that could have happpened to anyone, of course. Obviously, I sent everything back, and was doubly inconvenienced because I had already donated my old table and chairs to a local charity; I was left with a big hole in my dining room. Mr. Narowski and others as Amish Tables were extremely sympathetic to my plight, and worked very hard to make sure that I received the correct furniture in as little time as possible. Mr Narowski's attitude went very far towards making me feel as if he has a personal interest in my welfare, that I was not just another customer interchangeable with the next. He also showed no impatience or annoyance with my persistent phone calls inquiring about the progress of my new furniture. Each time, Mr. Narowski was unfailingly polite and helpful.

When my furniture finally arrives, it was even more beautiful that I had imagined. The workmanship is exquisite; the table and chairs are breathtakingly beautiful. Each day I look at them and feel grateful to have them. They are well worth the long wait, and the mix-up. Plus, the whole experience has provided my with the renewed hope in today's humankind.
