Each part of chair is hand crafted and shipped to an Amish finisher for assembly and staining. Each part is carefully produced to strict specifications. During the assembly process all spindle chairs are screwed in and then glues and mission chairs are tenon and mortised for increased strength and durability. |

Mortise and Tenon ConstructionMortise and Tenon construction adds strength to each table's design while preserving the fine detail of its design |

Finishing ProcessDuring the finishing process the chairs receive a coat of stain applied by spray to assure complete coverage. The stain is then hand rubbed to remove any excess and to provide an even and consistent color while enhancing the beauty of each chair's beauty. |

Final CoatAfter a drying period each chair is given a coat of sealer and is again sanded prior to finishing. This process reduces any raised grain that may have resulted from the sealing process. |
