Hi Torie,
Let me start off by stating that we LOVE our table. We are actually from Ohio and grew up going to Amish country for day trips and admiring the craftsmanship of Amish furniture.
Currently, we live in Florida and found ourselves hunting all over the place for a quality, solid wood kitchen table - with no luck. We decided to start a search on line with led us to Amishtables.com.
We started with a few inquires regarding stains and shipment questions. The customer service staff sent me pictures of completed furniture with the stains that I had questions about. This was so helpful in our decision to place an order.
On the day that the table arrived to the house and I saw the boxes were ripped and torn. I thought, there is no way that the table made it in one piece (see the picture attached). However, the company that you used to pack the table did an amazing job, and table wasn't touched by its rough ride to Florida.
The table is beautiful and just what we wanted. Great experience, great product! We will have this table forever.

Your product lives up to its billing! The craftsmanship is unequalled...and your prompt service and attention to detail was very much appreciated. Your office staff was very helpful and prompt.
I will say that the packers know how to pack so nothing is damaged...they did a terrific job. (There was so much packing material that I had to make a run to the landfill to dispose of it all.)
Fortunately, the table and chairs are in perfect condition.

I recently purchased the Arts and Craft counter top height table from Amish Tables. My sales person was Monica and she did a great job. I didn't know much about the wood and stain choices and Monica took the time to educate me. I never once felt pressured to buy anything.
Ordering was easy and the table arrived in the quoted time frame. Tyson made the delivery look easy. Everything went smoothly and took no time.
The quality of the set is just beautiful. The Rich Tobacco stain is perfect to go with other furniture I have. Debra has been a big help with any questions I have had.
All in all a great experience.

Debra, I finally got around to send you some pictures. We had all 6 leaves in the table yesterday for Sunday dinner with a total of 16 people, 4 of whom were under 6 years old. Attached is 1 picture of the table tonight, empty except for some flowers but with all 6 leaves. For your amusement, when I ordered the table, my wife was not sure about an 11 foot table. But yesterday she said, "We have room for one more leaf!" Everyone thought the table was beautiful. Thanks for your help.

Thank you all so much for this beautiful heirloom furniture your company has provided for me and my family. I am sorry it took so long for me to send this, a 1 yr & 4 yr old eat up most of my time. I can not begin to tell you just how impressed I am with the quality of the table and chairs I received. I am truly blown away. My wife and I looked for a kitchen table and chairs for over two years before we decided to buy from Amish Tables and we could not be more happy that we did. The furniture is better than any I have personally looked at and the price was almost half from what I could purchase locally. I was a little nervous at first making such a big purchase over the Internet but I now am sure glad that I did! Please let the craftsmen know just how impressed I am at their handiwork. Thanks again so much, I have been singing your company's praises and recommending Amish Tables to everyone I know! You have given me a place to eat dinner every night with my family (which I feel is most important as a father and the cook) and a place to make memories with my wife and two girls with every scratch and dent we make in our new table. I could not be more pleased with my cherry Baytown Table. Ever the skeptic about ordering furniture, sight unseen, over the internet, I took the plunge after a friend's encouragement and internet ordering success. From the very beginning I was amazed with the individual attention I received. Talk about customer satisfaction... Every question or quibble I had about style, size, stain, or construction was answered with patience and respect. I felt that no question, however seemingly silly, was unimportant. And talk about quality... truly amazing. My husband is a fine woodworker and knows quality. Even he is impressed with the construction and beauty of the table. We are both amazed at the high level of quality for such a reasonable price. The table was constructed and delivered in exactly the time frame we were given, and when, after receiving the table, we requested additional extension legs for added support, they were sent free of charge! Even the stain and finish match the original table to perfection. We also ordered the custom table pads and could not be more pleased. They fit ingeniously together and are very substantial. Thank you for being a company which strives for excellence when, in our present culture, the consumer often believes that "less is more".
