Laurel Termini 02/12/2012 I have attached a photo of my beautiful table that fits so well in the kitchen banquette space. When the table needed to be exchanged I am glad I had the opportunity to upgrade to the quarter sawn oak and to customize the table eliminating the center divider since we had no plans to use an extra leaf. The wood grain is much more compatible with the cherry wood used for our seating area and provides a nice subtle contast. I know we will enjoy the table for years to come; we have received numerous compliments on the design and the fact that it appears customized to the space. David Stafford 01/03/2012 We received the Ethan Leg table and Madison chairs, both in Red Oak. I've attached a photo of them in our dining room. We are really happy with the dining table and chairs. They are really beautiful, and we love having real hardwood pieces in our home. We plan to use this set for family gatherings, for the rest of our lives. We even hope to pass it down to our children, one day. As for the process, we enjoyed your great customer service. We loved receiving the stain samples and being able to pick the stain color while standing in the room where the furniture will stay. We also enjoyed talking to a real person on the phone, every time we called. Kathleen Bassi 12/27/2011 I love that my entire family can sit at the table with plenty of room. And, if the extended family joins us, I can add more leaves to the table and we can still all sit around it at once. They are gorgeous pieces of furniture that are totally usable. The youth chairs, in particular, are wonderful additions to the set. My table has a hard maple top and black maple legs. The chairs are black maple, as well, and the table legs and chairs are stained to match. The table top matches the leaf cabinet. I wanted the darker stain on the table top to set off a lace table cloth or my white dishes and crystal, depending on how I set the table. Happy New Year!! I wanted to replace my antique oak table with a larger, sturdier table that would blend with the remaining antique pieces in my dining room; this new table certainly meets my expectations. The quality of the wood and finish is excellent, & I especially like the mechanism that keeps the table centered when adding or subtracting leaves. Although it is a heavy table, I can add or remove leaves by myself. The table was completed and delivered within the expected time frame. I would definitely recommend Amish Tables.
