Delivery Types

At Amish Tables, we strive to make your entire shopping experience a wonderful one. From our staff, the quality of our vendors, and even the shipping and delivery process. You can choose either of our flat rate shipping options: Curbside or Inside delivery in the contiguous United States on your entire order.

Our team of independent shippers strives to offer exceptional customer service and the safe transport of the furniture you have been waiting for. Our orders usually are ready to ship around 8 weeks after order and the shipping team picks up your furniture from our finish shop and then the shipping process begins.  You are contacted directly by our shippers who work on a route based system.

All orders are blanket wrapped and transported in padded trailers to provide excellent protection for your furniture. Additionally, the shippers are experienced with our furniture, making delivery and assembly much easier.

Flat Rate Curbside ($299)

Curbside delivery allows for your furniture to be delivered to your driveway or as close as our trailer can get to your home. It is unloaded and you are responsible for carrying in and assembling your furniture. Worried about how to assemble? Don't be! Check out furniture assembly guides here: Furniture Assembly

After unloading and before the driver leaves, the customer should inspect the furniture for damage. Product damage is rare, however, if damage is found the customer should note the damage on the Delivery Receipt (provided by the driver) and then sign.  Photos may be requested as well to help in handling of damage claims.  Claims are handled on a case by case basis.

Inside Delivery with Set Up ($499)

Inside-delivery means that your furniture is brought into your home and placed in the room of your choice and assembled.

Deliveries outside the Continental US

For Canadian customers we can only offer curbside deliveries.  For other international deliveries, it is usually shipped into the nearest port and you would be responsible for receiving it there.

Warranty

Amish Tables stands behind the vendors we have selected to bring you quality wood products. We do offer a warranty covering defects in craftsmanship for a period of one year. If a defect is found by the customer during that period, we will work together for a resolution which could include either repair or replacement of the defective item, or substitution of a different item. The Warranty policy is at the discretion of our vendors as well as our owner and photos of any issues will be required.

Negligence, misuse, or accidents by the customer will void the warranty. (See our guide to protecting your furniture for details on proper handling to prevent voiding the warranty.)
