I wanted to write a letter to thank you for the furniture, but along with that the experience I had with your company. Barb and I spent some time researching and designing tables that we wanted. We went to some local furniture stores, where we live, and never really found what we were looking for. I then went to the internet and did some research for tables. Your company came up, along with others, and so I checked the Better Business Bureau’s of each of the companies that I considered. Your company had a good reputation with the BBB and so we started to investigate what you had to offer. I felt that you had a very good selection and more impressively was the ability to customize just about any aspect of what we were looking for; length of tables, width of tables, leaves, stain, wood choice along with many different styles that I could change too.
Once Barb and I decided upon a table, Deb’s help in the online ordering was phenomenal. Her email replies were within hours of my sending an inquiry. I usually found other companies were 24 hour replies. Deb put up with us making changes even to our “final” selection which was nice of her. I felt that the price was very reasonable, even before I received the furniture, and now that I have it I am very pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship of the furniture! Deb went above “routine” help when she was informed by one of the craftsmen that make the furniture that one aspect of the buffet that we ordered had apparently been reconfigured. When Barb and I thought about it, we really did not like the proposed changes and Deb went back to the builder and had them change to the original design. Very nice touch.
We now have our furniture and as I had mentioned above, we are very impressed with the quality of the furniture and we are looking forward to showing it off to family and friends and we will be happy to mention where we purchased it.

Like many others, we were a bit hesitant to place such a purchase on-line, but this was a very positive experience from start to finish. Katy, I have been out of town and my neighbor received for us. She said people were very friendly and professional. The furniture looks great and we are happy with all of it. I knew the big table would look awesome, but really like the Royal Mission one in our game room. Thanks for everything. We are very satisfied with everything, only hate the time it takes from order to receiving (be nice if you could shorten that a month) but all good things come to those who wait.

Marty delivered my husband’s bed yesterday and there are no words to describe how happy we are with this magnificent piece of furniture! The mattress and box springs fits absolutely perfect on the bed and it looks like it was specially made for the room. We both agree that the piece of furniture looks like an antique and the finish, well Espresso was the perfect pick. It blends so well with some actual antique pieces in the room and we both cannot quit rubbing our hand across the footboard to feel the wood. We were giddy with happiness over the bed and will cherish it forever. We both are disappointed that we have not discovered your company before now but you can surely consider us a life-time customer from here on out. Our new furniture arrived on schedule last Thursday. We really enjoyed meeting your shipping person , Marty – a real gentleman!!
The furniture is absolutely beautiful, and “nestles” right in with our new home. My wife, Pat, is particularly in awe of the hallway seat. All items are of the highest quality and workmanship. Our friends are envious – and I think some will be contacting Amish Furniture soon for their own purchases.
