Unfortunately today, there are many companies that have no desire to go above and beyond (especially with long distance service issues); it has become a fast paced world of task oriented “grumpy” service and canned low quality products.
Amish Tables is a shining star among these companies and has done an exceptional job of creating an environment that desires to strive for accomplishing GREAT CUSOMER SERVICE and to go ABOVE AND BEYOND. Not only was my special order oversized table completed ahead of schedule, the entire process from creation to delivery and setup was followed through, with sincere completeness and care for my concern and complete happiness.
The quality of the table and workmanship is undeniable. It is the most beautiful piece of furniture in my home. I will MOST definitely buy from Amish Tables again. My next creation is the matching hutch.

 | | Sep 23 2006 | Last year we purchased a 48" round cherry split pedestal table and 6 chairs from the Amish Table web site. We also purchased 6 leaves. We couldn't be more happy with the entire set. We were very concerned with color as we had just installed a brazilian cherry hardwood floor. The color came out perfect. We love the options we have of the number of leaves, and, for the first time were able to get all 12 people around the table at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I have enclosed several pictures of the table and chairs. I hope they will give you some idea of it's uses.

This being my first look at the materials out of wraps, I was immediately impressed by the quality. I had been apprehensive sending money across the country only trusting in the Amish religious reputation. However, no pressed-wood or laminations here. Solid one inch planks and lovingly shaped, smoothed, and finished. Great furniture, like this, gives a friendly response to a rub of your hand. I knew I had a friend in this table. Fine job, my Amish brothers.
I love the simplicity of the mechanisms and the smoothness of the expansion slides, truly masterful workmanship that isn’t seen on any commercial floor these days. Congratulations on a superior product.

We received our Amish dining room table in 1/9/06 and christened it with a family gathering on 1/12/06. All were very impressed with the superb craftsmanship and the ingenuity of design that allows us to go from a standard 6 foot table to a 12 foot banquet size in a matter of minutes with little to no effort!! We view this acquisition not as an expense, but an investment.

The table is gorgeous! We are so happy. I had many questions while deciding if this was the right table for me and Wladyslaw Narowski was very helpful in answering all of them. I was promised the table in 3 months and in fact it was ready earlier than that. There was some misunderstanding with regards to who was to assemble the table, but you worked closely with us to ensure that it was in fact assembled to our satisfaction and just in time for the Jewish New Year. We comfortably sat 14 people around the table; I think we will even be able to squeeze a few more when we have large groups of family and friends for dinners and holidays. I am impressed that the additional legs that come down when the table is fully extended does not interfere with seating. Please feel free to use us as a reference. I have already told many of my friends about amishtables.com!

We are attaching a picture of our beautiful table and chairs plus pictures of the carton when it finally arrived in Helena Wednesday, July 13.
We were not able to accept the delivery on the 9th as we were having 25 people at our home for a Bridal Shower. At this point we were too discouraged so we decided to just have the box returned. The next day we reconsidered and called Overnite to see if we could still receive the shipment. Overnite advised that it was still in Denver and it would not be a problem.
Finally, we were given a telephone number of the shipping company in Helena, MT (20 miles from our home) and they assured us that we were to receive the package on July 13. Wayne took our flat bed trailer into Helena and picked up the very abused box of table and chairs.
The table and all chairs were received without harm. Pictures are attached of the shipping box and the table in our dining room.
We are glad we were able to reconsider delivery as we are very happy with the dining room set.

 | | Dec 08 2004 | Several years ago I started dreaming about a new home with a room big enough to hold a custom-built table large enough to seat the entire family. When it was determined my mother-in-law would be moving in with us we began a year-long hunt for a house plan with a basement apartment for her and a “banquet” room for me. We finally found a plan where two spaces became one 23’-long banquet room with just a shift of the fireplace. We had been browsing the Amish table website for quite some time, and we were ready for action! We emailed Wadyslaw and started the process. My husband poured over all the different table designs and finally settled on a table with four 4-foot sections with a pedestal under each section, all pieces bolted together. Our table would not be “extendable”—all 16 feet would stay intact at all times. We sent Wadyslaw the plans for the table, and he took it to the Amish builders. Toward the end we sent a leg of the chairs we had bought so the stain could be matched.
When the table was ready, my husband and son drove all night from Georgia to northern Indiana to pick it up, enjoying the beautiful scenery and Amish community.
This past Thanksgiving was the first time we gathered all the family (14 people, although the table will easily accommodate 18 people) around the table, my husband and I at each end. I had a brief “choked up” moment when we all sat down but quickly recovered to enjoy the meal. The conversation was lively, family units were seated together, and folks lingered at the table long after the meal was over. We look forward to many special occasions with the people we love gathered around our beautiful table.
You built our banquet table exactly as specified, within the promised timeframe, and for a very reasonable price—about half of what other furniture builders quoted. Thanks for being an answer to prayer and making our banquet table dream come true.
