Your design consultant, Caty Tillman, was endlessly patient with my repeated questions and requests. Her responses were always prompt, whether by email or telephone, accurate and thoughtful; I felt as though Caty became my friend during this transaction. Although I would normally never have considered purchasing furniture online, your website, the history of your company, the testimonials of other satisfied customers and especially Caty's attentive service, convinced me that I had no reason to worry. The whole process took only three months, from initial query to white glove delivery, and I am so pleased with my handsome new buffet that I cannot walk through the dining room without stopping to admire it! The four (instead of 2) glass door cabinets provide even more display space than I had before and the antiquey looking glass makes everything look so pretty! Furthermore, the glass shelves allow the lighting (the touch switch in the hinge is so cool!) to penetrate the cabinet's interior so it looks like a jeweler's showcase. Thanks to the special silver drawer liners, I now have ample storage space for my flatware, too. This heirloom-quality piece complements my furnishings beautifully and meets all of my personal specifications as well.
